Tai Chi promotes well-being and balance through a gentle, flowing, yet powerful movement and the development of an inner sense of tranquility. Adam is a senior instructor with Tai Chi Union of Great Britain. He teaches with attention to individual needs. Classes are open to everyone, regardless of age or experience.

Easy to follow Therapeutic Dru Yoga sequences and movements performed to music, traditional gentle yoga poses and a blissful relaxation add up to 90 minutes of re-balancing, refreshing and relaxing 'me time'. The aim is always to leave feeling better than when you arrived.

A new and ambitious choir run by musicians Julu Irvine and Heg Brignall. Rooted in traditional and contemporary folk music, the choir will gig regularly n venues and events. Singers receive professional standard singing technique training.

She has worked with individuals and choirs - both amateur and professional - on singing, performing, harmony and choral techniques.

Ki Aikido - Sensei P Hughes 8th Dan

Ki Aikido is a non-competitive art that teaches calmness and stability within the movement. Exercises are carried out with a partner, using natural movements that keep the body healthy and supple. Working in this way allows the student to deal with the stresses and tensions in an ever-changing World, to eliminate fear and generate a state of well-being.

Exploring loose wet in wet techniques, pen and wash. For beginners and improvers. You will need to bring along your basic materials: watercolour paper, brushes and watercolour paints.

Movement and Mindfulness - intro to Yoga and Meditation with Katharine West

Katharine teaches a Yoga which allows your body to release and move away from habitual patterns of holding. Influenced by Vanda Scaravelli. "To relax is not to collapse, but simply to undo tension".
